SHIPPING POLICY
All orders place will be processed within 2-3 business days and shipped out within 3-4 business days via UPS, USPS or FedEx.

Orders placed over the weekend and on holidays will be processed on the following business day thank you for understanding.

Requesting cancellation must be done within 24hrs after placing your order.
​
Custom orders such as the birthday cake candles will be process within 3-5 business days and shipped out within 3-4 business days, please note that cancelling custom orders must be done within 24hrs after placing order, any request to cancel a custom order past 24hrs is subject to a cancellation fee.

We do not ship to PO boxes, orders placed to be deliver to PO boxes are subject to be cancel.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted only on candles, wax melts and wax melt warmers.
All returns must be done within 7 days after purchasing and return with it's original packaging and in good condition for a refund to be process.

Cancelling custom orders must be done within 24hrs after placing order, any request to cancel a custom order past 24hrs is subject to a cancellation fee.

Exchanges must be made within 3 days after receiving the item and return with original packaging and in great condition.
Customer pays for shipping for return items and exchanges, please note shipping fees are not refundable.
Due to COVID-19 we ae currently not accepting any returns for safety concerns, we do apologize for any inconvenience.
